The “Hügelchen” apartments are located directly opposite Villa Hügel and therefore offer the same superbly quiet location on a residential street together with close proximity to the city centre (10 minutes by foot). The road connections with Luxembourg and with the motorway links to Koblenz, Cologne, Frankfurt and towards Eifel & Hunsrück are within easy reach. The Academy of European Law Congress Centre (ECC) is just 3 minutes away by foot, whilst the city university and university of applied sciences are a 10-15 minute walk.
The apartments with separate sleeping and living areas are equipped with modern and high quality furnishings in warm colours. They have a bathroom with shower/WC and some have double sinks. The small kitchen, satellite TV, television magazine, DVD player, WLAN, safe, large writing desk with dining space and corner sofa complete the afforded comfort. Each small apartment has its own parking space.
These apartments are particularly well suited as accommodation during a long-term project, as an alternative to the hotel room or as a temporary solution whilst seeking a new flat. It is our desire to offer you your own “private little apartment” as a truly inviting home from home. At the same time you should also have the opportunity to enjoy the status of a hotel guest. The facilities at Hotel Villa Hügel are therefore available to you at all times. Our prices include ancillary costs for electricity, water and heating as well as the applicable sales tax.Weekly cleaning as well as end cleaning. If the special cleaning of upholstery, mattresses or carpets should be necessary at the time of departure due to excessive soiling then this will be billed for additionally.A second person in the apartment shall incur a surcharge of €27.00 per night.
Our long-term holiday apartments can naturally also be rented for shorter periods as single or double rooms, or for families with a max. 4 people. In this case please refer to our hotel room tariffs for overnight prices. We shall be happy to furnish you with a personal quotation for alternative durations of stay depending on availability.
